We handle the full range of mould eradication issues, and our service is fully compliant with the increased demands of the Homes Fit for Human Habitation Act. Many of the clients we deal with have tenants who require a swift and effective service which we deliver through a five-step process:
1. Tenant raises issues with their landlord.
2. Job is passed on to QEST.
3. QEST contact the tenant and complete a survey of all areas of the property.
4. The survey and costs are passed to the client for approval.
5. Once approved, QEST book in the work at a convenient time and complete the works professionally.
