Platform Housing Mould Remediation Service Announcement

We are thrilled to announce that QST has co-developed a truly ground-breaking and transformative service level agreement with Platform Housing Group.

Having worked with Platform for the past 12 months we both realised the need to be bold, to be transformative and develop a bespoke service offering for our mould remediation services. Our teams will survey and resolve any mould-related issues for the Platform properties within an impressive 48-hour window – ensuring that all tenants receive fast and high-quality resolutions.

This rapid response agreement has been made possible through months of close collaboration with the Platform Housing teams leading to the development/planning and implementation of this transformative service. We have worked together to create a service schedule that meets customer needs, whilst upholding the highest standards of compliance and health and safety.

We believe this partnership will make a significant positive impact on Platform Housing’s properties, and most importantly – to the people who call them home.

With our enhanced service agreement mobilising mid-February, we very much look forward to sharing progress updates as this transformative working relationship develops.
