Sanctuary Housing Nationwide Mould Remediation – Contract Win

 QST is excited to announce that we have been awarded a 12-month contract by Sanctuary Housing to carry out Mould Survey and treatment services across their housing stock nationwide. This partnership will provide a fast-response service, including a 24-hour emergency service for Cat A Mould remediations.

A key element of this collaboration is our commitment to delivering a dedicated team of Supervisors, Inspectors, and Operatives who will focus solely on the Sanctuary Housing project. This approach ensures that Sanctuary and its customers receive a level of service that is second to none, with personalised attention throughout the entire project.

Clear communication channels between our teams and Sanctuary Housing will streamline processes and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on key objectives, KPIs, and SLAs, driving the success of this project nationwide.
