QST has partnered with Rykneld Homes to support their Direct Labour Organisation in the effective treatment and remediation of mould across their housing portfolio.

Managing over 7,600 properties on behalf of North East Derbyshire Council, Rykneld Homes is committed to maintaining high standards, and we are proud to help them achieve this.

We have already begun mobilising for this important contract, and we are eager to assist Rykneld Homes in their mission to provide exceptional services to their residents.

We have appointed a dedicated team who will be exclusively assigned to this delivery, working to a bespoke set of SLAs to ensure that mould cases are surveyed and remediated within 7 days – no exceptions!
