Our approach to delivering surveys

We are committed to delivering surveys in a professional and effective manner for you. Our surveyor team collectively have over 60 years experience in the property maintenance industry and so will deliver the highest standards of service. They provide detailed survey reports which will highlight all key elements requested, including:

• Observations
• Internal and External Inspection
• Recommendations for work including 2 or 3 stage treatments and requirements for any further remediation works such as extractor fans
• Before photographs of all affected areas
• All relevant humidity readings of the time of the survey
• All of the works will be broken down into the number of square metres required, the specific location of the works and the treatment required (i.e. three sq. m – Bedroom 1 – above the large wardrobe – 2 stage mould treatment)
• Each room and the required treatment will be broken into line by line detail, as per our agreed pricing schedule
• During the visit, they will spend time with the tenant and explain how the mould has occurred. This will typically be lifestyle issues or a lack of ventilation or heating their homes effectively
• Given their extensive experience, they will be discreet and note any other areas of concern, rather than discussing it with the tenant on site
